Teamtailor is an all-in-one recruitment solution made for all types of companies. Their popular ATS is successfully helping companies to attract more candidates, manage their applications, promote themselves as attractive employers and give them everything they need to recruit successfully.
Teamtailor was founded in 2013 in Stockholm and have since then been growing at a rapid pace, being named the 13th fastest growing tech company in Sweden 2019 by Deloitte. After their great success in Sweden Teamtailor decided to open their London office in 2018, moving onto the next phase of their exciting journey.
One of the biggest challenges for Teamtailor was to quickly find talent in sales and marketing to be able to deliver on their ambitious growth plans in the UK. Entering a new market, while not having an HR or recruitment function onsite in their London office, caused Teamtailor to struggle in finding and hiring candidates in the pace that they required. They also lacked insight in the market of candidates and didn’t have the candidate database nor network to quickly source and hire talents. Due to these issues they were not able to grow as effectively and rapidly as they wished.
Teamtailor had an internal recruiting and HR function in their Swedish head office and also had been using traditional recruitment agencies in the past for their Swedish hiring. Experiencing the benefits from both of these solutions Teamtailor found Troi’s service to be a great combination of the two. They chose Troi as their Talent Acquisition partner due to the extensive network, expertise, and understanding of the UK market.
From day one Troi has delivered immediate value for Teamtailor, in the first three weeks four roles were already filled. In addition to this main deliverable, Troi has also helped Teamtailor to create and improve various key recruiting and HR processes. Including rewriting job descriptions, speeding up the interviewing process and making it more effective, improving employer branding, implementing a Glassdoor page, developing HR processes such as onboarding and procedures for diverse hiring, just to name a few. All to help their business grow profitably and successfully while also building a strong talent acquisition strategy for the future.
