Implementing RPA is one of the biggest digital transformation challenges of today, particularly for international banks and insurance companies among others. Intellimorph have had to prioritise attracting and securing the best talent, no easy task given the nature of the skillsets they require.
As an early-stage start-up, Intellimorph did not have any internal talent acquisition structure, HR function, resource management nor onboarding processes. They found that recruitment agencies lacked the ability to identify quality candidates and personal touch to be able to meet their needs within such a lucrative market and at the time scales required. They evaluated potential talent acquisition partners who could attract the best talent for their new and existing projects as well as building a talent pipeline against projected programmes. They needed a partner who could help them build their Employer Brand and implement bespoke recruitment processes that worked for them.
Intellimorph selected Troi as their onsite Talent acquisition partner due to their RPA and AI expertise and their demonstrable background successfully hiring throughout EMEA and beyond. Troi’s accuracy and ability to technically screen candidates within this new and innovative market was a huge plus.
Troi has helped Intellimorph evaluate their recruitment strategy and build a process to secure talent for highly niche roles, both for existing and future projects, at short notice. A particular value for Intellimorph has been the creation of a pool of technically screened and tested professionals that they can access for various projects, thus taking a more proactive approach in having readily available candidates for upcoming projects.
Troi has also helped Intellimorph to implement successful hiring and employee processes such as improving the employer branding strategy, greatly reducing the time to hire, collaborated in creating an employee handbook, implementing a bespoke ATS, developing a performance management process and a comprehensive onboarding procedure. All to ensure they have efficient and robust processes to support the successful growth of their business.
