Infuse is a UK-headquartered IT Software and Services Business that enables modern software delivery. The focus has historically been on automated testing, though this has developed to a wider offering including DevOps, Environment Management and Software Development.
Recognised as one of the leading providers of test automation and lifecycle transformation for the most successful and ambitious organisations Infuse prides itself on its ability to provide innovative solutions, especially in test automation.
They have been automating mobile testing since 2003 and developed a functional test automation tool, useMango™ that has allowed them to successfully help over 500 customers globally to get the most out of their software.
Being a consultancy, it can be challenging to ensure that the right candidate is in place for the right project at the right time. This led to a reactive approach to hiring which needed to be improved in order to be able to meet client demands within an ever-changing digital landscape.
Infuse recognised that they needed to bring in an onsite talent partner to build a talent pipeline against future projects whilst also streamlining and standardising the hiring process. Due to organisational growth and restructure the talent partner would need to provide the highest level of hiring standards and employer branding since they needed to lead key strategic hiring. There has been an ever-growing emphasis on hiring internationally too, both for global projects and the strategic decision to grow their technology hub in Pune, India.
After evaluating different talent partners Infuse decided to bring in Troi due to its digital consulting experience and the experience of their Talent Acquisition Partners around Automation Testing which they thought was key to enabling Infuse to successfully grow their business.
