Troi are attacking the recruitment industry with a hiring model that’s different. Essentially it’s recruitment, but not as we know it.
You’ll have the opportunity to sit on site with our clients to act as their internal recruiter for as little or as often as they need. Our model combines the benefits of an internal recruiter coupled with the benefits of an agency behind the scenes. Think of it as an end-to-end recruitment service aimed at scaling businesses.
We work predominantly with tech startups /scaleups and but through 2020 we have started to work with larger enterprise businesses too. We’ve worked with the likes of SuperAwesome, Play, Unu, and Holland & Barrett amongst many others.
We are an established name in the ‘embedded talent’ space however we still consider ourselves a startup. There is therefore a great opportunity to join us at a relatively early stage as we look to transform how recruitment works in the modern world!
